- Provided by you: username, email, and password at registration (stored as salted hashes; we cannot view plaintext); content you upload, comments, and messages; information submitted through reports or support.
- 自动收集的信息： IP 地址、浏览器与设备信息、访问时间与来源页；观看记录、搜索词、收藏行为（用于推荐与产品改进）；Cookie（见第四条）。
- Collected automatically: IP address, browser and device information, access time and referrer; viewing history, search queries, and favorites (for recommendations and product improvement); cookies (see Section 4).
- 我们不收集的信息： 真实姓名、身份证件号码、精确地理位置；不向未成年人提供服务、不有意收集未成年人任何信息（见第八条）。
- What we do NOT collect: real names, government ID numbers, or precise geolocation; we do not serve minors and do not knowingly collect any information from minors (see Section 8).
二、 使用目的 | How We Use Information

We use information only to: provide and improve the service; protect accounts and the site; meet legal obligations; and produce anonymized analytics. We never sell your personal information.
三、 信息共享 | Sharing
信息共享仅限三种情形：受保密义务约束的基础设施服务商（CDN、云存储、统计）、有管辖权机关的合法要求、处理投诉与保护合法权益所必需的最小范围。
Sharing is limited to three cases: infrastructure providers bound by confidentiality (CDN, cloud storage, analytics); lawful requests from competent authorities; and the minimum necessary to handle complaints and protect legal rights.

本站使用必要 Cookie（登录态、播放偏好——禁用将致核心功能不可用）与分析 Cookie（匿名统计）。
We use essential cookies (session, playback preferences — disabling breaks core features) and analytics cookies (anonymous statistics).

五、 数据安全 | Security
全程 HTTPS 加密传输；密码加盐哈希存储；按最小权限原则控制数据访问。发生可能影响您权益的安全事件时，我们将依法及时通知。
HTTPS encryption throughout; salted password hashing; least-privilege access control. You will be notified of security incidents affecting your rights as required by law.
六、 数据保留期限 | Data Retention
- 账户信息 (Account data)： 存续期间保留；注销后 30 日内删除或匿名化。
- While active; deleted or anonymized within 30 days of closure.
- 访问日志 (Access logs)： 90 日后自动删除。
- Auto-deleted after 90 days.
- 观看/搜索记录 (Viewing/search history)： 用户可随时自助清除。
- Self-service deletion anytime.
- 投诉记录 (Complaint records)： 依法律要求保留 2 年。
- Retained 2 years as required by law.
七、 您的权利 | Your Rights
您有权查询与导出数据、更正不准确信息、删除内容与历史记录、注销账户、撤回同意。欧盟/加州等法域用户依当地法律（GDPR、CCPA）享有相应补充权利。
You have the right to access and export your data, correct inaccuracies, delete content and history, close your account, and withdraw consent. Users in the EU/California have additional rights under GDPR/CCPA respectively.
